Impossible! 0 stars Picked up via drive in. Burgers cold, flat, sloppy, french fries also cold (driving time home less than 5 minutes), the salad rotten harmful to health, the cucumbers dissolve by themselves when they come into contact with the fork, this is not a salad dressing in the picture!

Unfortunately, the shop is slowing down ... apart from the fact that you wait 20 minutes for an order, something is missing for the second time in a row. Unfortunately, the receipt is always in the bag that is missing.

The place was super dirty: / really disgusting & the employee Dennis was still very unsympathetic, very annoyed & very aggressive. He also turned me a veggie burger even though I ordered something different. Didn't get another burger or money back either. Had to eat the disgusting burger. In addition, my drink was full of disgusting sauce even though I ordered a Sprite. Not a good recommendation!

I ordered a coffee through the drive in. When I finally got my turn (it was busy) I was given the coffee mug, unfortunately the lid wasn't on properly. The whole latte macchiato is now spread out in my car. When I wanted to say this I was ignored but at least I got served. I almost missed my train because I had to wipe away the mess (on my pants, too, which is very embarrassing, by the way). I'm curious how well my car will be on Friday and which traces will be permanent.

The scales are getting worse and dirty if you don’t fill it up, you don’t get everything you ordered. The cucumbers are hanging on the slices already dried on the toilets, no paper towels, the table was smoky, wiped themselves and they weren't even asked to write in the corona note

Everything is great here. Very friendly staff. Orders were always prepared correctly. No long waiting times. Great opportunity to eat when you've been to the cinema or coming from the motorway.

Orders always incomplete and often wrong. If you point this out to the employees, they are very uncooperative. It often happened that you had ordered a burger that was more expensive, but the wrong one was packed and the cheaper one, but the price for the expensive burger was billed. The warning can also be withdrawn or the money back is refused. Preferably 0 stars.

The toilets stink, the benches are cut open and only poorly patched with adhesive tape (if anything was stuck over them at all) and in general everything looked very worn out. Investments urgently need to be made here. The staff, however, was friendly and the food was okay. Whoever eats at BK does not expect a star cuisine 😉
